In Feb 2021, Texas experienced a severe winter storm. The storm itself was bad enough, but it severely damaged Texas’ electric power grid. Imagine what that meant. Almost 5 million homes and businesses went without electricity. People had no heat, electricity and fresh water. This lasted for several days and more than 100 people died.
